Classic movies: Top Gun (1986)

Top Gun is a action drama film directed by Tony Scott and produced by Don Simpson and Jerry Bruckheimer. Top Gun is a strory about a young Naval Aviator named Lt Pete "Maverick" Mitchell (Tom Cruise). He and his Radar Intercept Officer Nick "Goose" Bradshaw are given the chance to train at The Navy's Fighter Weapons School( TOP GUN), where they are train to become the best of the best. There he met his fellow competitor Lt Tom "Iceman" Kazansky which was the top of the class.The film depicts Maverick's progress through the training at Top Gun, his romance with his instructor, a tragic death of his close friend and overcoming his guilt to face a real combat situation.
